Accomodation
We recommend staying in town to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and convenient proximity to Lake Tarawera. There are many lovely Airbnbs in the area, and we can also recommend a few hotels including Novotel Rotorua Lakeside, Millennium Hotel Rotorua, and Pullman Rotorua.
Food & Drink
A few of our favourite places for a bite to eat include The Fainting Goat (pizza, wings and cocktails have our tick of approval), Eastwood Cafe (perfect spot after a walk in the forest), and Okere Falls Store + Craft Beer Garden (great breakfast menu and coffee here too)!
