• 3:30pm - Group Photo, Cocktails, Canapés & Lawn Games

• 5:30pm - Dinner & Speeches

• 8pm - Dancing!

Guest Shuttle

We are pleased to offer shuttles for our guests between Rotorua Central and the venue. The pick-up point will be the Rotorua iSite Visitor Information Centre, located at 1167 Fenton Street, Rotorua 3010. There is ample free parking around the pick-up location, and it’s also a popular taxi spot for easy access.

Please arrive by 1:45 PM for a 2:00 PM departure. Return trips will be staggered. For those driving, there is also on-site parking available at the venue.

Dress Code

We've chosen a Creative Black Tie dress code—elegant with a touch of fun! Tuxedos aren’t required, but we encourage personal flair. Think polished, sophisticated, and playful.

Wear what makes you feel amazing—whether it's a sleek suit, bold tux, stunning gown, chic jumpsuit, or something uniquely you. Add a pop of color, a fun accessory, or a stylish twist!

The ceremony will be outdoors on soft grass, so consider this when choosing footwear, especially if wearing heels.
